Whether you're planning a private elopement or an intimate wedding, we can host up to 50 of your closest friends and family members to help you celebrate your beginning.

Perfect Location

Only 20 minutes south of Springfield, between Nixa and Clever, we're easily accessible, no matter if your guests are local or flying in for your event. It's the perfect choice for an intimate ceremony.

Event Packages

We are an outdoor, open air venue, therefore we only operate during the months of April-October. Contact us for special pricing if your event will require anything outside the packages listed below. We would be happy to customize a package that suits your needs! 

All packages include your choice of ceremony location, seating for specified number of guests, access to our large bridal suite with attached private restroom, setup and breakdown of chairs and tables, use of the firepit, and we do all the cleanup at the end of the event. In addition, if you book the venue, you can use the property for your engagement photo session free of charge (photographer not included). You'll also have access to select decor items to use free of charge including candles, bud vases, artificial greenery garlands, arches, welcome signs and more!

Wedding Rings

Enchanted Elopement
(Up to 10 Guests)

This elopement package is designed for couples seeking a stress-free, romantic experience while focusing on your commitment to one another. Includes 3 hours of venue rental, access to our bridal getting ready suite, seating for 10 guests and your choice of ceremony location.

Elegant Elopement
(Up to 25 Guests)

Our elegant elopement package includes everything you need to have the intimate ceremony of your dreams.  Includes 4 hours of venue rental, reception tables with tablecloths and napkins, chairs for up to 25 guests (setup and breakdown included) along with your choice of ceremony location and access to the bridal suite.

(Up to 50 Guests)

A simple backyard style wedding package that's perfect for couples seeking an intimate, personalized celebration. This package allows you to reflect your own unique personalities and relationship.  Includes 8 hours of venue rental, ceremony seating for up to 50 guests (setup and breakdown included), an additional 2 hours of venue rental 1 to 2 days prior to your wedding for a rehearsal, access to the bridal suite and choice of ceremony location,  reception tables and chairs with your choice of white or black tablecloths and matching napkins.

Concern yourself with the romance of getting married and leave the decorating to us. This option has us setting up all of the decor items provided by you as well as any decor items in our free inventory.

Rehearsal Package

Practice makes perfect! Our rehearsal option gives you an additional 2 hours of venue rental 1 to 2 days prior to your wedding for a rehearsal.

Outdoor Party Table Setup

Non-Wedding Rentals

Our space is perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, group reunions, company picnics and more! Our non-wedding event rental rates start at $90 per hour with a 4 hour minimum for up to 50 guests. Rental includes, tables, chairs, white or black tablecloths with matching napkins and we take care of setup, teardown and clean up.

Exclusive Venue Access

Up to 50 guests can enjoy the privacy of our beautiful grounds including our ceremony and reception spaces and onsite parking for up to 10 hours.

On-Site Venue Coordinator

You’ll be assigned a venue coordinator who will serve as your contact throughout the planning process and assist you with any venue-related questions or concerns you may have.

Tables & Chairs

Rectangle tables and white chairs for your reception to accommodate seating for 50 guests. We perform setup and breakdown of all tables and chairs.

Table linens

Your choice of white or black tablecloths with matching napkins.

Rehearsal

2 hours rehearsal 1 to 2 days prior to your wedding. (Included with Select Packages only)

Party Tent

A 10'x 30' white party tent in case of inclement weather.

Decor

Select decor items are available for your use including several different styles of arches, candlesticks, candles, vases and more.

Florals

Clean Up

We will take care of all tear-down and cleaning at the end of your celebration.

What is the maximum capacity?

The venue can accommodate up to 50 people for a seated reception.

Do you allow outside vendors?

Yes, we do. You're welcome to bring in your own vendors and we will also provide you with a list of our preferred vendors that we love to work with upon booking our venue. We also operate a floral design studio on site so be sure to ask about customized fresh or faux florals for your event.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed?

We allow alcohol but it must be served by a licensed bartender. Straight pours are not allowed.

When is the final balance due?

Your final balance will be due 30 days prior to your event.

What is required to reserve the wedding date?

To reserve your date, you must pay a retainer fee equal to 50% of the price of the package you are selecting. The remaining balance will be due 30 days out from your event.

Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue..

How much is additional time?

If you want to add additional hours to your venue rental, those can be added to your invoice at a rate of $90 per hour.

Do you allow fireworks?

Fireworks are only allowed if performed by a pre-approved licensed vendor. Sparklers are permitted.

Is there a clean-up fee?

No, there are no additional fees for set up, break down, or clean up of your event.
